Clubs represented were:

At Large Member, Portland, Or.

Classical Glass Corvette Club, Tacoma, WA.

Corvettes de Olympia, Olympia, WA.

Rose City Corvette Club, Portland,Or.

Corvette Marque Club Seattle, Seattle, WA.

The meeting was well attended and we welcomed several guests to sit in on the meeting.

President Jim Duschel called the meeting to order at 4:20 PM. on November 4, 2006. The meeting was held in the lounge area of the Elks Lodge, Tacoma, WA.

Motion made and carried that the minutes be accepted as written.

Dave Kaiser presented the treasurer’s report in detail.  Nine clubs have paid their dues in full. Mt Hood did not renew their membership in NWACC. Mason County Corvettes disbanded their Club; therefore they also are not a member of NWACC.

Dave presented the 2006/2007 budget. This budget was compiled based on the clubs paying for their certificates instead of the $5.00 per member unit as we operate today. There are 610 member units to date in all of the clubs. The budget was approved.

George discussed rules change proposals, and reminded all that these must be voted on by all of the Clubs at their January meeting. These proposals can be found on the NWACC web site. I will not publish them in this document. All representatives should study these changes so that they can be familiar with the changes to be voted on by their Club.

The results must be brought to the February meeting There are 14 rule changes in all. Some are cosmetic while others represent a significant change in the NWACC By-Laws.

The Office of President is up for nominations. Lona Hyatt was nominated. There were no further nominations and Lona was unanimously elected to serve as NWACC President for a two year term. Congratulations!

Dave said that currently we pay for the web site $10.00 per month. He suggested that we pay for the web site once per year. Motion made and carried.

Discussion was held about the 2007 events so as not to overlap with other Club events as much as possible. CDO will have an event tentatively June 30-31. CGCC will host their Five Star July 13-15. Rose City will host the Rose City Classic August 10-13. NOTE:::: Since this meeting Rose City has been required to change their Classic to July27-30 due to PIR work on the Raceway. Please make note of this change. The Marque Club will host an event the 3rd or 4th week in August. They will include an autocross.

George reminded everyone that the High Performance Meet (at the Puyallup Fair Grounds) in February (10th) will be our next meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:10 PM.
