NWACC provides a number of services to you and your fellow club members.  We have attempted to set forth the costs to your club for your membership in NWACC.  
 
Annual Club Membership Fee $75.00 per club Paid in September each year
 
Annual Insurance Fee** $15.00 per member unit Paid by October 15th each year

Annual Insurance Fee** $7.50 per *member unit    If the unit is a member of 2 NWACC Clubs Paid by October 15th each year  
 
Annual Banquet Contribution $50.00 Paid in September each year
 
Event Fee $5.00 per participant   at any NWACC Sanctioned Event Within 14 days following the event
 
* Member unit:  Married Couple or Single person  

** Insurance Fee:  This annual fee, charged by NWACC, is paid by the member clubs for the purpose of purchasing a 1 million dollar General Liability policy and a 1 million Excess policy.  This policy is renewed annually on November 1st and the member club insurance fees are due not later than 11/1.  A club membership roster must be submitted with the insurance fee.

Individuals not belonging to an NWACC member club may become Members-At-Large by paying a separate fee. (See the Competition Code for details)

Annual fees for a member club are:

All fees' charged by a host club at their individual event are 100% retained by the Host Club.  There is no fee submitted to NWACC for participants at a NWACC sanctioned Club event.

If a member club hosts the year-end banquet, (this generally occurs in November of each year) a raffle is held by the host club.  The banquet fees above are used for the purchase of raffle prizes.  50% of the raffle ticket precedes go to the host club and 50% go to NWACC.  

If a scheduled NWACC meeting is to be held during an NWACC-sanctioned event, the host club is responsible for providing an adequate meeting facility at or near the event.

 Each club must appoint or elect a minimum of one (1) representative to attend all NWACC meetings or other official functions.  The cost of this attendance is bore by the participating club or representative and is not reimbursable by NWACC.  

The host club shall provide adequate liability insurance, commensurate with the type of activity and the event site.  The cost of the issuance of a individual event Insurance Certificate is the responsibility of the Host Club. (see NWACC Insurance Advantage of Club Membership).  

Insurance coverage in excess of the basic third party Single Limit Liability coverage  is not available through NWACC
