The minutes from the November 4, 2006 meeting held at the Tacoma Elks were approved as written.

Dave Kaiser presented a thorough treasurer’s report. He explained in detail the budget that was approved at the November meeting.

Old Business:

The vote on the Rule Change Proposals was tallied.

Article 111, Section 1 was defeated due to lack of a majority vote, and Article 2, Section 1 failed. All others passed. The updates are on the NWACC web site for your reference.

Confirmation on Club NWACC Events was discussed and Classical Glass will hold their event July 13-15, Rose City will hold their event July 27-30. The other clubs are working to confirm their participation.

Discussion was held about holding two NWACC autocrosses, one in May and one in October. George will work on this issue.

New Business:

Megan Renick volunteered to run for President of NWACC to replace the vacancy left by Lona Hyatt. There were no other volunteers. This is a two year term. Representatives were asked to go back to their clubs and seek candidates.

Glass Odyssey announced that their club would be touring to Retsil Vets Home on June 14 and September 8. All clubs are invited to join them and the veterans really love to see the Corvettes and visit with the owners.

The next meeting will be held in April at the Rib Eye Restaurant. Notification to follow when the date is confirmed.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:56 pm.
