NWACC MEETING MINUTES JULY 14, 2007 LEMAY CAR MUSEUM
Clubs in attendance:
President Meagan Renick began the meeting at 12:12 pm. with introductions by all. A quorum was established.
Old Business: George Schwartz brought up the proposed Autocross Committee. The committee was proposed to report to the Vice President. The duties would be to assist any member club needing assistance in planning and running an autocross. This would relieve the Vice President and would get more people involved in NWACC.
The president appointed a committee of four to assist in this committee. They are: Ron Waller, George Schwartz, Tim Cox, and Jeff Boreo.
The next item under Old Business was the September 30th Autocross at the Boeing field in Everett. All questions have been answered and this will be an NWACC sponsored event. Tim will forward information about the nearby hotels for people who wish to spend the night.
Ron Waller made a motion to combine the coupes and convertibles in G class due to the declining entries. Ann Cohen seconded the motion. It was unanimously passed.
New Business: Nominations were made for three vacancies on the Executive Board. They are:
CDO will check with their members about hosting the ear-end banquet in November. It will be held November 3rd.
