NWACC MEETING MINUTES July 28, 2007 MONARCH HOTEL PORTLAND, OREGON
Clubs in attendance:
President Meagan Renick called the meeting to order at 12:02 PM.
Introductions were made around the table .A quorum was established.
Minutes of the last meeting were approved as amended .Ron Waller made the motion and it was seconded by Jeff Boerio, and unanimously passed.
Old Business: George Schwartz brought everyone up to date on the autocrosses planned. He will continue to update everyone as time passes and more is known. The flyer and hotel information on the September 9th autocross was distributed Also the flyer for the September 30th autocross was distributed.
.Discussion was held on how to plan and organize the 2008 autocrosses sponsored by NWACC. .Both the September 9th and the September 30th autocrosses need support workers.
Dave Kaiser gave the financial report. The report was approved.
The NWACC Year End Awards Banquet will be held on November 3rd and hosted by the Olympia Club. The event will be held at Panorama City in Lacey.
The meeting will include voting for the new NWACC officers.
New Business: The next meeting will be held at the Rib Eye Restaurant on September 16th. A request to the clubs for money for the raffle will be sent.
Tim Cox announced the Marque Club’s 2008 Seattle in September event September 11-13, 2008.
Classical Glass 2008 5 Star event will be July 11 - 13, 2008
The meeting was adjourned at 12:52 PM.
