NWACC MEETING MINUTES June 21, 2008 Russ Chevrolet in Tigard Oregon Mt Hood Corvette owner’s Bar BQ
Meeting was called to order by Megan Renick, President, at 11:00 a.m. Board members present were: Dave Kaiser, VP; Elvira Tucker, Treasurer. Elvira Tucker stepped in for Secretary, Barbara Waller.

The February 9, 2008 minutes were read. Motion was given by Megan Renick to approve the minutes and was seconded by Ron Waller. Motion was approved by all to approve the minutes.
Treasurer’s report was read by Elvira Tucker.
Dave Kaiser opened the discussion on permanent numbers for autocross participants. It will be up to the entrant to number car for additional drivers. Host club will need an up to date number roster. Dave Kaiser will keep the current numbering roster up to date. Club issues the numbers for the autocross. Number will be on the center top of the windshield on each car that is participating in the autocross. The height of the number will be 5 inches. Dave will e-mail each club outlining permanent number usage. List will also be on the NWACC website.
NWACC will forward the updated Show and Shine judging sheets. Website also needs to be updated.
New Business: Up coming events. We now have scheduled CdeO for the October autocross; CGCC for July 13th autocross and Rose City autocross for August 17th. Need to make sure we have Class sheets provided at the registrations. Dave will send out packets.
Anne gave some information on the up coming RCC August 1-4 event.
July 19th Aircraft carrier tour and Lakefair Parade.
We need a club to volunteer to host the NWACC banquet scheduled for Nov 1st. Will need to ask the clubs.
