NWACC MEETING MINUTES NOVEMBER 4, 2008 Bremerton, Washington
Member Clubs in Attendance:
A quorum was present.
Vice President David Kaiser called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM.
The minutes were approved as printed.
The Treasurer’s Report covering June through October was presented and approved as read. There was discussion of money due clubs for the rental of their autocross timing equipment for NWACC sponsored autocrosses. Checks will be issued to Rose City for $75.00 and to Classical Glass Corvette Club for $150.00.
A request was made to include in the minutes the contributions from the NWACC clubs for checks issued to Glass Odyssey to help defray the cost of raffle prizes for the Year End Awards Banquet.
The following clubs donated:
Glass Odyssey contributed in dollars or goods the balance of the monies for the raffle prizes which amounted to $2300.00. Dave announced that there would be an annual audit of the Treasurer’s Books following the meeting. Ron Waller will head up this committee.
George announced that autocross permanent numbers will be continued next year.
President Meagan Renick arrived and assumed leadership of the meeting.
Changes to the Competition Code were discussed at length. It was agreed that these changes would be attached to the minutes.
The election of Officers for 2009 was held. Nominated were:
The votes were tallied and the following are the Officers for 2009:
Elvira Tucker remains in office through 2009.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:25 PM.
